§ 1. RESPECT TO TEAM MEMBERS

Hereby you declare to be always respectful and calm towards our team members. Disregard of this rule will be punished with a warning to a temp ban.

§ 2. RESPECT TO OTHER USERS

You are to always use a respectful and calm tone. Punishments for disregard of this rule are stated in §13. Punishments

§ 3. ADVERTISING

Hereby you agree not to advertise any other server / community to any user or on the Aperture Development Website. Disregard will be punished with a permanent ban on the servers and forum.

§ 4. DAMAGE TO THE COMMUNITY

Should a damage to the community's reputation arise due to breaches etc., a punishment will be applied according to §13.

§ 5. AVATAR / PICTURES / NSFW CONTENT

Avatars, pictures and texts have to always meet the FSK 12 age release norm. Offensive content such as pornography etc. will be punished by exclusion from the community or worse (in accordance to §13. Punishments)

§ 6. ONLINE SIGNATURE

Your online signature (acceptance of the usage regulations) is legally binding and is considered a full-fledged signature.

§ 7. SPAM

You hereby agree not to spam on our servers or the forum.

§ 8. USE OF THE FORUM

If you use the forum, you are required to follow other rules mentioned here, as well as mean of common courtesy (quiet tone, no permanent capslock, no insults etc.)

§ 9. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

Every user is required to report any break or bug / error to a team member. If no team member is online, they have the obligation to create an online support ticket at https://www.Aperture-Development.de/ticketsystem

§ 10. HARASSMENT

Annoyance of other users is not allowed. You hereby agree to always accept and respect the privacy of other users.

§ 11. SECOND ACCOUNTS

You agree not to create a second account or the like. If you are banned by accident, our support system is still available to you.

§ 12. TEAMSPEAK

You agree to abide by the Teamspeak rules and to always maintain a reasonable volume. Disregard of this paragraph will lead to the exclusion from our TS server and the community.

§ 13. PUNISHMENTS

Aperture Development reserves the right to punish users in an appropriate manner, should the users break server / community rules.

In addition, some breaches (if applicable) may lead to criminal prosecution.

§ 14. DAMAGE

If any damage is caused by the user, they must immediately revert the damage. If this happens unintentionally, please follow §9 and report the damage immediately to an admin.

§ 15. SUSPENSION OF ACCOUNTS

If your account has been blocked, you have to accept this. In case you feel such an act was unjustified, you can create a support ticket at: https://www.Aperture-Development.de/ticketsystem

§ 16. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PUBLISHED CONTENT

Hereby, you agree to ensure that all content you post on the forum is intended for public use or is your own content. Disregard of this rule may be prosecuted.
